Tidewater street rod association's 46 Annual Williamsburg Rod Run

This will be the 46th year we have hosted this event. Come out may 4th and 5 2018 and have a great family time. Keep your eyes peeled on Friday night the 4th as we take to the streets and cruise Williamsburg in style in vintage cars, Street rods and Muscle cars before arriving back at the visitors center for our annual car show. National Nursing Home Week Antique and Classic Car Show
|
The Chesapeake Retirement Community is sponsoring an Antique and Classic Car Show on Wednesday, May 16th from 2:00 - 4:00 for National Nursing Home Week and are looking for folks that can bring their cars to the show. We will have free hot dogs and lemonade for all that attend, so if you are planning on attending, please send me a quick email so that I can be sure we have enough food for everyone. The event will take place in the parking lot of the Main Entrance. After turning into the facility, take an immediate right turn and follow the signs for Main Entrance. There is no rain date. Monitor Lodge Car Show
|
The 2018 Monitor Lodge Car Show returns on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018, with its customary (and famous) breakfast buffet, a car show vendor area, and trophies for the Top 25 determined by the votes of our great and supportive entries. All entries, car, trucks, and motorcycles are welcome! Location is 65 Saunders Road, Newport News (The Scottish Rite Building). Car Show entry parking 8am to 11am. Judging 11am to 12pm (noon). Trophies and official presentations no later than 1pm. Giveaways, Photos with Vixens and Angels, a special tribute to the American Flag and more are planned for this event. A free breakfast comes with each $20 car show registration. Breakfast 8am to 11am, lunch service after to 1pm. Charities supported include the Virginia Child ID Program and the Monitor Lodge Scholarship Fund.

Vendors and more! $20 Registration fee. Open to all years makes and models. Show supports Gloucester Country Sheriff's Department Project Lifesaver.
Project Lifesaver is a rapid response program designed to use state of the art technology in assisting those who care for victims of Alzheimer's and Related Mental Dysfunction Disorders (ARMD) and victims who become lost. These victims include the elderly and even the youngest in our community who are afflicted with Downs Syndrome and Autism.
